MATLAB Codes and Data: "Ergodic theory, dynamic mode decomposition and computation of Koopman spectral properties"

The codes include different variants of Dynamic Mode Decomposition (DMD) including Hankel-DMD which was promoted in this paper. The data file contains measurements on kinetic energy and stream function in several points in the lid-driven cavity flow. They can be found here.

The codes include Laskar algorithm, FFT approximation of the Koopman spectrum and post-processing of data. The data files have the stream function field off post-transient cavity flow at Reynolds number 13,16,19,20 and 30k. They can be found here.
